At Richardson Seating, we take pride in our handcrafted commercial-grade furniture; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-upholstered products and personalized stools are subject to specific restocking fees and limitations.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all protective foam and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Chicago manufacturing facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
